Non-existent Finrite

I'm beyond the anger stage at this point. I've received nothing but non-existent service from Finrite insurance. I sent through a claim to them on the 04 February 2020 and to this day, I haven't heard back from them. Not even an acknowledgment of receipt of my claim for my phone. I have sent numerous emails to NO avail. At this point I feel I have exhausted all my options. Please could someone intervene
