No TCF pathetic service company must be closes

I lodged a claim on the 12.12.2020 and to this day i have not received my replacement i Spoke to Lazy Jean from Complaint earlier this year about this she sent me to Jet East gate for replament when i got there their system was not working it seems like this new 1x system is not working as i went to numerous Jet stores westgate, sandton, jabulani cleawater and eastgate namely.I called today spoke to Mitchelle who seems like she doesnt know what she is doinv and later transferred to the so called Team leader Lloyd who dropped the line before even hearing what i wanted to say therof i want to be reimbursed all my premius since i lost my phone and a cash settlement becasue it is clear that Jean and Lloyd dont want to assist me if there was a worst employee of the year award it would go to the both of them
