NO SERVICE NO SMILE _ USELESS

Everyone complains about Telkom - They are quick to sort out sales, within a day my order was completed, and approved - on their document and on the phone call they told me that it takes up to 48 hours for my sim to be activated - I do not have to go into a shop was guaranteed when I ordered - Well now the sim was delivered on the 19th of June, all my paperwork was in order - Here we are the 25th already - The sim is still not activated - No one answers the 10213 number and no one response to online queries and/emails - After sales service of Telkom is an utter joke - no wonder everything is going to peaces - Pride in their work and friendly and efficient Service isn't words that you can associate with TELKOM
