No service from Finrite

To be honest I have been trying to get through to someone for the past month and no one has been able to pick up the phone... I have no contract or device with Telkom and very surprised to see a debit order being taken off for the past 3 months. Each transaction varying in amounts. Is there any other number that can be contacted
