No Response in Over a Year

<p>I made a claim for a lost phone in February 2016 and I still haven't received a response from Finrite. The claim was made in Foschini Promenade and when I ask them to call Finrite you don't answer. I've been sending emails and calling but Finrite does not even respond or answer the phone to say they have received my forms etc. It's been over a year. Get it together.</p>
