no response from underwriter unproffessional and undesirable business practice

<p>as from 12/04/2017 claim logged with finrite i have been given the run around and today after being approved today 19/04/2017 i am being told by the store my first access amount for the first claim i have evern done is R500 and according to the celluler insurance policy schedule any amounts between R 3501 - R 5000 first claim excess amount is R 250. my purchase price of samsung J7 is R 3999.00 due to this i feel that i am being ********** by the retail company as well as the insurance. please investigate and get back to me as i am liable to pay the amount of R 500 for first claim. i also requested to take a more expensive phone and pay the difference and i was told by foschini taht i can not whereas other retail companies allow for such. i feel that i am being treated unfairly and would not advise anyone to purchase from Foschini group due to the incompetence.</p>
