No response for my cellphone claim from Finrite

Good day, I hereby complain of a a very very bad service i'm receiving from Finrite Insurance for a cellphone claim. I lost my phone on the 24 of July 2020 through car hijacking, I went to the store American Swiss in Sunnypark Mall, Pretoria to process a claim, i made numerous follow ups.

I called the cellphone claim department many times and i'm glad that finally the insurance was cancelled as they continued deducting but to my surprise i have not received a feedback about my cellphone claim. Apparently, there were two insurances being deducted from my TFG account, but still not feedback no refund for the other phone or error monthly premium.
