No Response!
I've submitted a cellphone claim lastweek Monday (29/10/2018). To date I have received any sms nor have I been contacted. I've seen some terrible reviews about this company and how people run about for answers! On Friday I did email 'Finrite '....apparently my email was escalated (I was also sent a confirmation email) but still no reply! I'm without a phone and in dire need of one as I use it for business purposes.

06 Nov 2018, 13:25I meant 'haven't received an sms'. Apart from that the whole thing off taking out an insurance is so we can be covered! However it seems this Finrite needs cover for themselves. I'm appalled by such a company. #veryDisappoiting
