no payout

i insured a cellphone with Finrite through Edgars ,I made a claim and they dont want to approve it they making up stories that they havent received my paper or claim documents whilst Sibusiso and Lerato have sent them then they said I havent sent them a proof that my phone was refurbished at vodacom i sent it and still they said they didnt get it ,im getting married this saturday im also using cellphone banking i cant pay THE people i have to pay i ****en hate finrite and edgars **** them all
