no payment after 14 months

I am beyond angry. I reported my phone ****** 14 months ago, I continued paying my monthly installmens on my cellular contract. ... 14 months later I am still fighting to get my claim done. This is disgusting and unacceptable. ... I have also spent over 5 hours just on hold on the phone waiting for an agent.... <br> I am sick of this. Why pay insurance for no claim return.....<br> 14 months!!! Let that sink in. .... Had the monetary value of 14 months of payments with no use of cell contract or receiving a replacement phone. .... GET THIS SORTED?
