No one has even bothered to contact me

I wrote a complaint last week about my Samsung Tab 3 which has vanished out of the face of the earth and no one seems to have answers as to when am I getting my device back.<br> <br> I have not been contacted by either Finrite or Altech Autopage to let me know when will I be receiving my device back which I handed in May 2015 for repairs. I have always had problems these companies since I took this contract 4 years ago and I really don't know why am I still with them. I would never recommend both companies to any one I know because their service is pathetic. Can someone please contact me and let me know when will I get back my Samsung Tab immediately?
