I \insured"my cellphone with finrite in June which was subsequently cancelled because of lack of communication from the company to me regarding who the underwriter was. I later contacted them and was assured everything is sorted and I have insurance but when I followed up on in August-I found out that my details were not captured on their system. I have since been promised that i will be insured with no added/extra excess since it was THEIR fault that i wasn't insured since June. I have yet to receive any letter/documentation regarding my policy- which I requested and I've yet to receive the call to say I am insured and there is no added charges.. """
