NO FEEDBACK ON CLAIM(C SURE)

Hi there,<br> <br> I have put in a claim about 2weeks ago and sofar every person that I call back that helped me previously has changed departments and is not able to assist.<br> <br> I received a quote from cell c repairs and sent in all necessary documents to C Sure. I never hold for less than 10minutes to receive assistance!<br> <br> I just want an answer to my claim as I need a phone urgently.<br> <br> Please assist and provide some feedback as this is becoming ridiculous.<br> <br> thank you<br> Christo <br>
