I Mandely Elisabeth Barnes Id ********** 025081 has lost my cell phone on the 15.11.2017. I reported on the 16.11.2017 and been told by Elsburg police station I can't open a case as the phone was lost and not ******. I then phoned cell C to block my phone and they could not as I could not tell them the last number I dialed. I then had to go to cell C in the Carnival Mall and they were off line. A week later I had to go back and they blocked phone. Cell C told me that they will sent the ITC number in 48 working hours. Did not receive the ITC number and I phoned cell C again. Well with no luck I had to go back to cell C to get the ITC number. When I phoned Finrite they told me that I need to do an affidavit and email it to them. I had no response from Finrite, then I phoned them and was told they need a case number. I then went back to Elsburg police station and they again told me that there will not be a case number as the phone was lost and not ******. The next day I went back and to Elsburg police station and only then they gave me a lost phone form to complete and then gave me an incident number. When I phoned Finrite they told me my claim is to old and I need to email a motivational letter. Today is the 08.01.2018 and still no answer and I must phone them daily
