No customer services apply

Sent a claim on the 4th of September 2020, paid my excess days letter and later was called and told I wont be able to get the similar phone. I accept as I never had an option, its been two weeks now calling asking for progress and they just keep on hanging up after waiting for more than 20 minutes for them to answer my call.
