NO CALLING

Ever since I took this insurance with Game on my cellphone, it's a nightmare! After submitting a claim you are the one who calls and do follow-up, THEY WILL NEVER CALL YOU! This is my third claim and I must say, I regret it every second. I call them almost everyday to know my status. I sent them relevant documents they wanted, but They don't call. It's time this insurance take their clients too seriously.
