No answer at the call centre

When I try initiate a call without causing drama the call centre will not answer my calls. I only received a call last week after having lodged a complaint that this is happening here on Hello peter. Now that I am trying to follow up, no one is answering again. I wonder if this claim will ever come right without any reports on hello peter!!!
