nitghtmare serivce

<p>I have logged a claims months ago premiums deducted no one has attended to my claim. Evetytime I call I have been told my table has already been collected after 8 times of informing them that i still have the tablet and it has not been collected. No one has called me back or arranged for my tablet to be collected the call centre agents are UN helpful and they waste airtime and do not call check the query and call back to give constructive feedback all.the while i am out of pocket with a broken tablet, wasting airtime and they still deduct my premiums. Nightmare service will never recommend this insurance to anyone!!!!!!!!</p>
