<p>Logged a claim months ago still not attended to waste my airtime calling for a resolution as no one resolves the query. Waste my time and money as they continue to take premiums even with my claim outstanding... horrible service useless call centre agents. Always no senior person to speak to. Quiet a *******!!! Will never recommend them to any one. My tablet is still broken and their excuse is that their courier company says they collected my tablet already after about 8 call a telling them the tablet is still with me no one has the decency to check and resolve, I am their customer but get ********** and bad service</p> <p> ReAlly pathetic and disgusting in fact like to see if i even get a response to this. </p>
