Night mare with Game cellphone insurance

I have experienced the worst service ever. Taking a cellphone insurance with Game was experienced s a night mare never<br> <br> This company doesn't want to replace my device . Since I logged the claim in February , they don`t give attention to my query , they don`t call to update me, I have been waiting for a replacement device for 2 months now. i have been told stories like, the phone is not available choose another device, I did o wait and call for update. Then again the device i chose is no longer available.<br> <br> You need to call their call center and hold for hours before your call gets picked.In case your call drops they will never call you back.
