Never!!!!!!!Take Telkom Insurance(FINRITE THE WORSE SERVICE PROVIDER)

After reading through all this review of claims, everyone has the same issues. Am not sure if it even worth typing out your review about FINRITE I Truly believe FINRITE ADMINISTRATORS is the worst customer service I have ever came across, you receive the same story OVER and OVER, its like every staff member from Finrite has to repeat this to clients who has paid their access, It Runs as follow. after you call them these are the steps they will inform you on the phone which is a complete *******. 1. We have Process your claim to the supplier(A Week Later) 2.The supplier has receive their Claim( A week Later) 3.Your Device is out for Delivery (A Week Later) 4.The supplier has not confirm if their have your device in Stock ( BUT THEY SAID MY DEVICE IS OUT ON DELIVERY)(A Week Later) 5.Supplier currently offline(A Week Later) 6.Your Claim has been Approve(A Week Later) 7.We have send a Follow up to the Supplier with regards to my claim (A Week Later) PLEASE I BEG EVERYONE OUT THERE PLZ!!!! DO NOT TAKE TELKOM INSURANCE COMPANY, THEY HAVE THE MOST POOR SERVICE EVER!!!
