NEVER USE TELKOM INSURANCE

I insured my phone with Telkom which is administrator by Finrite Administrators. I claimed for a Lost phone at the end of December 2019 and i'm still waiting for my phone to be delivered on the 18th March 2020.

Firstly , you hold for anything between 10-20 minutes when you call them. Now they just keep hanging up on me. They ask me to hold the line while they are searching to see if they have stock available for the phone. I hold for about 20 minutes and they just hang up. My next move is to now go to a Telkom or call Telkom and see how far i get get with this. I am still paying premiums every month for the insurance , i dont have a proper phone.
