NEVER TAKE INSURANCE WITH FINRITE INSURANCE

For anyone who wants to take out a cellphone contract, and your subscriber offers you cellphone insurance. Ensure to confirm that the insurance is not from Finrite Administrators, as you will have the hassles of never receiving any service. They will delay your claim, and at their own time and pace, and decide when they want to help you. I submitted my cellphone for repairs, in beginning of February 2020. I should have received it back from repairs, or received a replacement device by end of February, for the latest beginning of March 2020. It is now the 22nd of July 2020 and I still have not received anything from Finrite. The agent I'm liaising with regarding my claim, shows no sign of interest in assisting me with my claim, replies to my emails at his/her own pace and time. A finrite agent, by the name of Thembani Sathekge.
