never paid for the repair done on my phone 8 months ago my phone is now blocked

<p>had a repair done on my phone in september made a claim it was approved paid access fee and the reapir was done and the phone returned to me but they still havent paid for the repair my phone is bocked my debit orders cant go through because the amount is now being debited from my account have emailed Natasha Carr a lot of times still no way forward 8 months down the line i have a bad credid record and i'm being charged R70 every month for failed debit orders because the money is over and above my budget which is R364 for my subscription now they have debited R1077.00 from my account which i'm going to have to reverse because its my rent money and bank charges on that as well</p>
