NEVER GET FINRITE INSURANCE

I have been struggling for 3 months now, just to get Finrite to tell me what the access on my Cell phones broken screen will be... and then only after I pay will they get the phone fixed.... I have paid over 2 years insurance on this phone and the insurance is costing more than the phone at this point as I am paying for insurance and don't even have a phone.... FOR ANYONE THAT EVER NEEDS CELL PHONE INSURANCE DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE FINRITE..... THEY ARE THE MOST USELESS COMPANY I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS....
