Never ever take insurance administered by FINRITE EVER!!

In 2018 when my took out my insurance at Edgar’s I had an IPhone 8 which cost more than the 12k I insured it for as that was the maximum amount for insurance I was never asked for proof of purchase when I took this insurance out. When I now claim for this 12k cover I get offered a phone that cost 8k I’ve been paying this insurance for almost four years. On top of that the agent Kabelo was rude and demanded a proof of purchase which was never asked for when I took out the insurance. I want a phone that is worth 12k, if they have suppliers who can’t meet customer reds then they should get new suppliers. I joined this insurer thinking that they would be better than my previous one but it seems they are all appalling. People should not take finrite insurance rather add your goods to your home insurance or get Outsurance. This is honestly disgusting
