Hi Finrite Please can you kindly help me urgently? I have submitted a claim for my phone. The screen is not working and the speakerphone is broken which means I cannot hear people's voices over the phone and nor can they hear me. I urgently need a replacement phone. I have been paying this insurance for over a year and I need to get some kind of assistance, please.
