My phone was damage and sent for repairs in JHB

My phone was damaged in DBN..... I DROPPED it of at the AUTOPAGE centre in River horse bend. the lady was really helpful . gave me my paperwork and said I should follow up in a couple of weeks .which I Did ??? No Phone No Answers.....Then Today I got a call stating my phone is not covered.....I have been with AUTOPAGE since my 1st phone and have always had and paid insurance......That's got to be 7 to 8 phones later - 15yrs.<br> <br> I have my monthly bill that states I pay monthly insurance......yet nobody can advise why or what is happening with my phone......Everyone has given me a different number to call and blames a different department and eventually when I do get to speak to someone they promise they will put me Through to the correct Department. 3 days in a row Loads of Phone calls and Numerous emails ....Nothing or nobody seems to have a idea of what they are doing.<br> <br> What is my next step...Do I need to take Legal action.
