My phone has been in storage for 4 weeks

I sent in my phone for repairs on the 06th of December and i was told the phone takes 3 weeks to be repaired. when i called after 3 weeks i was told my phone was still in storage and in will be sent to repairs. when i called a week after that i was told that my phone is still in storage and it has been 4 weeks now.
