My fourth finrite complaint!!
I brought my phone in for repairs on the 18th of August for a screen repair. On the 3rd of September, I called the finrite call centre and was told my IMEI number was incorrect and the phone was not repaired! I asked for the phone back since I didn't have a box (which they wanted) today is the 20th and no phone! I march back to Edgar's. When I get there, I am asked if I want the phone back! Like ***!! THEN TEBOGO FROM FINRITE DROPS THE PHONE IN MY EAR!!!! I'm apparently not getting my phone back nor am I getting it repaired. Finrite keeps all!!!
