Im insured with finite still and still paying my insurance fee, I'm in good standing with finite insurance., I have a phone (Huawei Y9 2019)that had technical issues and I summited all the required documentation via telkom Vaal mall last year in June 2020... Despite all the emails I sent and calls I make to them no one is willing give me my phone. Please help.
