I have a cellphone insurance with them I put a claim with them a month ago and still have not received my device they keep on promising that consultant will contact me. This was after I made the R500 excess I then received confirmation that it was received. I then contacted the as I needed the phone urgently I was told my claim is approved I must go to the nearest branch of Jet Store at which I have been going to the store for the whole week now , when the store call finrite the phone rings no one is picking up. I ended up buying the phone since I use the phone as the working tool. I have been also trying to contact their call centers still no luck
