Most *********** insurance company

Telkom admin plus: I have been trying to get hold of them for weeks to put in my claim, when i finally reached them via email i get a lousy response and a promise to get a call within 48 hours with the status of my claim..till now its been a month.

I regret the day I signed up for this insurance..I have never dealt with people this ***********.
