MOST *********** INSURANCE COMPANY

The Most *********** insurance company I know. I have cellphone insurance with this *********** company, when my cellphone was ****** I put in a claim and initially knew my excess will R650 should anything happen to my phone. My claim was approved but only to find out that I have to pay 15% of the value of the phone which i obviously disputed. i contacted then and the first lady i spoke told me the contract was sent to my e,mail. i looked through my emails for to full days and couldn't find it. the i contacted them again and then i was told it was not email but a link was sent to my cellphone number, which is the number of the cellphone that was ******. I have been requesting the recording of the conversation and no one can assist me . It is the third week now and still no response from them.
