Money making scheme

I’m actually appalled by their service and processes.

I put in my claim over a month ago, no communication no updates not even an sms. I couldn’t block my phone because I didn’t have a SIM card and non of the 10 consultants I spoke to everyday for a month could help me, thank God for that one fateful day and 1 consultant assisted me, a month later.

Once your claim gets approved you can only take the phone for the amount they approved, nothing more you can’t even top up, if you can’t find what’s exactly that amount and you take a lesser amount you lose out on the balance and that can’t even cover your access.

Now I’ve been in store for over an hour waiting for them to send the store the correct documents.

Huge waste of my money, time and it’s really a money making scheme if you ask me.
