I bought my wife J5 Samsung at Markhams using my account. She lost the phone then when we claimed it teller changed her from user then put me as a user. Now she lost it and we are claiming the phone finrite is rejecting the claim. We went to the store and sent finrite all documentations and the store admitted to finrite that they made an error. Still finrite is rejecting the claim
