Lost phone not payed since December 2019

I have a contract with telkom, then I losylt my phone they referred me to Finrite been consulting them since December 2019 still no help but money is being deducted every month, bad customer service actually its pathetic the last time I called they answered and put me aside while they do their own things, now it's not going through. Why are you doing this its painful,
