Longest waiting for c surance claim

<p>This is my last resort, praying this will give me a clear indication as to when to hear from C surance(Finrite) since the 48hours had passed Tuesday last week regarding my cellphone claim. Its the second time having to wait weeks for the claim, at first i didnt know the insurance I took was under Finrite and I took another one not knowing it is the same company. I swore that I will never have a dealing with this company until now I find out they all under the same umbrella. Its a week now I havent heard anything to do with my claim, I am calling everyday with no luck of getting through for an hour and sending emails but NO RESPONSE. I even went far to call the number on Finrite website, the receptionist could not help me too instead she put me through to the same line I hold for 30 mins until I hang up.</p> <p><br /> IT IS MY SECOND BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY (Underwriter)!!!</p>
