Long awaiting insurance claim

I am really disgusted in Finrites insurance claims services. I have claimed 3 months ago for a simple claim and is still waiting, whenever I ask how far is the process they give me different stories or say they're waiting for approval. I mean its really bad service and me as a full time student meed a mobile to keep up with varsity work. I hope this makes a difference because i even complained on there website and still nothing. I hope this come of something, thanks.
