LEZAAN VENTER AND CELL C TEAM AT FINRITE IS USELES

i used to be a customer of c-surance until i started receiving pathetic service from not only *********** staff in the call centre but i found the manager Lezaan Venter to be the worst of the lot.<br> <br> all that lacked in the service i received from this pathetic excuse of an insurance administrator is:<br> <br> 1. bad service<br> 2. slow service<br> 3. no follow-ups<br> 4. pathetic leadership<br> <br> no wonder why so many people complain about cell c c-surance. after speaking to management(Lezaan Venter) i would advise every single person i know not only to not support the cell c service provider but not to support anything to do with cell c. the fact that they can have such slave drivers managing their books is a huge cause for concern.
