Lapsed Insurance

Insurance Lapsed however I paid my premiums. In 8 th June I did a manual payment after a return payment for 1st of June. I spoke to Nazli Williams and emailed her POP. There after they doubled debited my account which I could not understand why as I paid missed premiums every now and then i phoned finrite and Im told that my policy has Lapsed
