Lapased Policy Each Time I claim

<p>I have been with C-SURANCE for the past 2 years, and the service has been a nightmare each time I put in a claim. somehow my policy lapeses everytime and I never get told anything until claim stage. I called in because I know how things get done ther and I spoke to Lindiwe she said continue with claiming the policy is fine. I put in the claim and after calling numerous times I am told my policy has lapesed This is the 4th time im claiming, and each time my policy has lapesed. I dont have any means of being contacted except via my work email and phone number. could this be sorterd out I am not happy with the service at all and I just feel TCF is not being implemented and im treated unfairly.</p>
