Lack of honesty and response from insuranc company
My phone was ****** in December 2014 and I tried to claim from insurance but in February 2015 they declined saying that I did not take precaution. I called them in the same month to explain what had happened since the affidavit I supp**** was down played. I was advised to challenge the decision by submitting a motivational letter. I did just that and they rep**** with the same reason given the first time around after I pestered them for an answer.
I later called them (March 2015) and spoke to Mandla Manyoni who advised me to forward him my documents as well as the motivational letter. He responded, also after much pestering, in July 2015 saying that \The underwriters declined due to the above given reason". I told him that it cannot be so because the initial statement regarding the circumstances around my lost phone was vague compared to the motivational one and I should therefore get a different reason for the same answer. This suggests that the underwriters did not bother to read the letter.
With this said"
