Lack of feedback and poor service!
Since my last complaint almost a month ago, my query has not been dealt with. The poor service provide by this insurance company is beyond unacceptable, my phone still has not been fixed or replaced and I have yet to receive any feedback.<br> Truly disappointed that their service seems to be getting worse.
