Telkom Kostad branch should be just be closed. Its consistently disappointing without failure. Consultants are a joke and could use the most basic of client care training. That Staff of 3 ladies and one guy are an imbarasment shame. Besides their poor service and being told to stand outside while assisting someone else and wait for over 45 minutes during working hours just to be told oh sorry no we cant help you swim swap coz were currently out of sim cars for contracts. I mean what the heck. This is the 4th time in a space of two months that i have been driving 180 km per trip just to get a swim swap . but no luck. Mind you im paying for this **** that's never been activated ever since i got it just because telkom can't do a stupid simple contract sim swap ,they have to wait for one from no one knows is gonna arrive when and from where. This level of dis service is seriously disappointing and a cancer to this society. Just close that shop please
