Kept on Hold for more than an Hour

I was Kept on Hold for more than an Hour, 11 July 2020. Duration when i left the call was 1 hour 34 min 55 Sec, I took a Photo. Ntombi Gadebe is the consultant. I insured Y7 2018 HUAWEI Dual Phone, the owner used 1 Sim, I have 1 ITC. During COVID i must go back to the services provider to ask for a letter? I asked the lady to capture the claim and i will speak to her Supervisor for that, i was hold ever since.
