Lost my mobile phone in July as my vehicle was broken into and the mobile phone ******. All the procedures regarding the claim and the claim was placed through Totalsport Chris Hani Crossing. Every time we called they advised they did not receive the required documents and had to re-send them more than 3 times because of their incompetence. it's now been 3 months and no feedback has been given and when called they advise it has been escalated to their seniors but still the claim has not been processed or anything.
