Gerrit Visser was appointed to handle my case as too why my premiums for my phone were above the normal pricing rate and why am I only covered for a small amount. Gerrit Visser promised me to call me back on Tuesday morning with the reason to what is going on I've been sending him countless emails requesting feedback and yet he has chose to ignore my emails its been weeks waiting for some resolution of my case I'm left phone less an inconvenienced with this issue and as usuall they will collect their monthly premiums without any regard of my situation I'm really irritated that I've been struggling with this is Hollard people ever going to assist me or not
