Is Finrite still operating? Bcz wow!

What's the point of paying for insurance every month but NEVER get through to the company when you need to make a claim? I've been calling for the past 3 weeks and never get through to anyone! I've sent an email, nothing! I've even written to their Ombudsman, no response! Terrible service! I even thought that they were maybe closed for the holidays cz I NEVER get through! It's frustrating and irritating to work with this company! Maybe the claim department is closed but the accounts department is definitely open cz they never miss a payment!
