IRATE CLIENT

Finite is the most useless insurance company I have ever come across. I currently have a cellphone claim and they do not want to pay out my claim or give me a excess quotation due to "back payments" firstly I pay my Vodacom account every month I have never had to check my invoice to see if everything is being deducted my insurance has never been a problem till now. Why didn't finite deduct from my account as there is more than enough money to deduct from my account with my Vodacom statement each month. It is not my responsibly to make sure debits are going off from my account or that companies are taking their my they are owed for services. Finite decided not to deduct and that is not my problem. Like I told the consultant I will pay whatever I owe you guy but it is not my responsibility to check to see IF YOUR COMPNAY IA DEDUCTING THEIR OWN MONEY. I want my claim paid out or sorted out TODAY. Your back payment issue is not my problem I have had my insurance with Vodacom for over 2 years
